Project goal:
Enhancement of the competitiveness of WEREMCZUK FMR by increasing the potential of design management and increasing the use of design in the implementation of new products.

DETAILED PROJECT GOALS
By implementing the recommendations contained in the design strategy, the company intends to achieve the following goals:

  • implementation of PRODUCT INNOVATION with the design use: a significantly improved machine for harvesting root vegetables
  • a new method of product promotion application and communication with the customer based on new marketing materials as well as rebranding and building a coherent Visual Identification System, distinguishing the company from the competition
  • application of design processes in the company
  • increasing brand recognition and improving communication with the market environment
  • expansion of the distribution network and increase in sales and revenues of the enterprise
    Moreover, the design will be an important tool for product, marketing, and organizational innovation.

Planned effects:
BUSINESSLIKE RESULTS:

  • new product: a significantly improved machine for harvesting root vegetables
  • purchase of equipment for new products production
  • the purchase of consulting services that will allow, among others for designing new products, rebranding and creating new visual identification, designing external identification materials, improving internal communication, and implementing a position responsible for design management.

FINANCIAL RESULTS:

  • Increase in revenues
  • Profit optimization.

OTHER RESULTS:

  • Distinguishing the company products out of the competition, adapting products to customers requirements
  • Increase of the company’s competitiveness thanks to the design project
  • Sales increase and brand recognition

Increase WEREMCZUK FMR Sp. o. o. (Ltd) competitiveness
 
Project goal:
The aim of the project is to commercialize research and development works by implementing the production of new products – JOANNA-5 berry harvesters   

Planned effects:
Equipment of the Beneficiary’s company in the necessary infrastructure to start the industrial production of the “JOANNA 5” berry harvesters.

PLN 3 768 080, 40.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE      

Increasing the company’s competitiveness by growing its potential in the field of design management and increasing the use of the design in business operations resulting in the launch of new products on the market.

PLANNED EFFECTS:      

The main result will be the company’s design strategy defining, among others the level of use of the design in the company and its potential in this area, defining design problems in the field of products and other business processes, and containing recommendations for further specific actions for the company. Using the services of a professional design company – practically dealing with industrial design and in the future, the use of consulting effects in business activities will be the key result of the project for the Applicant.

These activities will translate into the implementation of new products.
