The WERINGEN RVS-1 is a modern and reliable harvester designed for harvesting root vegetables. It works perfectly in harvesting carrots, parsley, celery or beetroot. The device ensures simultaneous topping of vegetables and transport of roots to the trailer.

The 800 mm or 600 mm wide transporter and high shelves (vegetable pick-ups) increase the efficiency and throughput of the machine, which is used for harvesting autumn varieties characterized by high efficiency per hectare and large-sized vegetables.
Wide and high road wheels with hockey or herringbone tread, enabling work, among others, in difficult (muddy) field conditions and ensuring resistance to the harvester sinking in muddy ground.
Light but high transporter shelves, improving its throughput. Streamlined shape, rounded edges and soft top eliminate root damage. The company logo is cast on the visible part of the pick-up. The introduction of a higher vegetable pick-up is a big challenge for every manufacturer, because a transporter equipped with such pick-ups requires more space on the harvester, and space is limited due to the practical dimensions of the harvesters and their permissible transport dimensions.
The cleaning roller assembly is a new solution that ensures more thorough cleaning of root vegetables from the soil and leaf debris. This solution has not been used so far in the class of vegetable harvesters hitched or suspended on a tractor.
The RVS-1 root vegetable harvester is a semi-mounted machine on the lower arms of the tractor and a bracket attached to the tractor body. The location of the harvesting unit in the operator’s field of vision is particularly important here. This solution significantly facilitates the correct guidance of the harvester to the harvested row.
The harvesters are powered entirely by hydraulic drives. The WERINGEN RVS-1 uses hydraulic control systems for the harvester’s drives, ensuring the lowest possible demand for power, and therefore energy, drawn from the tractor driving the machine. Thanks to this hydraulic control system, fuel consumption is reduced and the durability of the tractor and harvester is increased.
In addition, the RVS-1 harvester is equipped with an electronic-electric “full version ready” panel to control all movements and adjustments of all drives from the panel in the tractor cabin. This affects the comfort and speed of machine operation and allows for the maximum range of adjustment of settings to working conditions.
